Playa del Carmen

Located in Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, we presently operate three properties under our portfolio.

Quintana Roo is a community of about 350,000 persons, located on Highway 307, approximately 60 km south of Cancun International Airport. The town itself has grown immensely after being founded in 1972, when it was simply a fishermans wharf and bus station.

It is known for its famous Quinta Avenidad, its lovely beaches, and a vibe that is unmatched anywhere in the world, with an international cosmopolitan feel. More information on the town is found here.

M38A - 38 Street at Zazil Ha, Centro (*Studio)

This studio apartment is fully furnished, and is used to accomodate vacation rentals or short term stays up to 6 months. It is located 9 minute walk from the 38 St beach, a 5 minute walk from the world famous Quinta Avenidad, 1.5 blocks to two major supermarkets and street food vendors.

This unit has unobstructed views of Calle 38, which is a tree lined boulevard. The glass is reinforced to limit sound in the unit.

The unit itself features the following:

  • a queen-sized bed, with full sheets,

  • a 55-inch TV,

  • a full sized fridge,

  • cooktop stove,

  • in suite laundry facilities,

This two bedroom plus den unit is located in Playacar, near Gate 4. The complex itself comprises 4 buildings and approximately 24 units total. It is in a very quiet part of Playacar that is family oriented. Located nearby are an elementary school and an OXXO store, and the local town center within Playacar.

Within the suite, there is laundry, a queen size bed in the master bedroom, and two twins in the second room. There is capacity to turn the den area into a third bedroom. A 55 - inch LG smart TV is in the unit, and there is a supplemental mesh router system added to the TELMEX internet service which has fiberoptic to the suite itself.

The ACs are controlled via Sensibo Units, and are smart, controllable with your phone.

Included with the long term rentals in this unit, are the Playacar access cards, as well as access to the Reef Beach club (on a first come, first serve basis) . The unit itself is ground floor and is literally steps from the central pool. There is dedicated surface parking, a private patio, hurricane shutters, and bidets.

This unit was updated in 2025 and comprises approximately 104 sq metres, and has a cross breeze with it making air conditioning largely unnecessary (although it is there if needed).
